GALRO (Guardian ad Litem and Rehabilitation Office) was established in 2003. We provide professional supports and services to vulnerable children and adults.
Our range of services are designed, developed and structured based on a person’s diagnosis, presentation and life experiences.
We specialise in intellectual disability, autism and behaviours that challenge.
We provide residential services, respite services, community based mentoring services, home support and specialised models of care for people referred by the HSE and TUSLA.
Our services are developed, designed and structured based on current life experiences for the individual service user.
The ethos of GALRO is grounded in its origins of providing Guardian ad Litem services that promotes and upholds the rights of vulnerable people to be included, have appropriate services and equal opportunity.
